Daily Basis
All rental rates for daily are subject to 10% service charge.
Daily rates are inclusive of:
Electricity supply
Water supply
Daily breakfast
Daily cleaning service and towel set
Linen changing service 3 times per week
Government tax
Deposit and Rental Policy:
Full amount of total rental period must be paid upon making reservation.
The refundable security deposit must be made by guests upon check-in in cash or credit card authorization with guest’s signature.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation after the reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charge are chargeable.
Any cancellation or changes notified less than 7 days prior to check-in date, the penalty amount of
one night rental rate will be chargeable.

and

After the cancellation notice received, we will confirm the cancellation and refund the balance payment, after penalty charge applied, to your previously given credit card within 3-4 weeks.
