• Any cancellation of reservation notified less than 3 days prior to the check-in date, the penalty at the amount of one night rental rate shall be charged.
• Any deposit or Advance Payment shall not be refunded in the following circumstances:
• No show
• Cancellation, amendment on or after check-in date
• Early check out
• After the cancellation notice is duly received, your cancellation shall be confirmed and the balance of payment, after deducted the penalty charge (if any), shall be informed and subsequently reimbursed to your given credit card account within 3-4 weeks.
• This cancellation policy shall not be applied to any special promotions.

• Free of charge for child 0-3 years sharing with family for a maximum of one child per room (without bed and breakfast)
• Extra charge 50% of breakfast for child 4-11 years, if require.

• Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
• A Half-day charge will be levied for early check-in after 07:00 hrs.
• A Full-day charge will be levied for early check-in before 07:00 hrs.
• Standard Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• A Half-day charge will be levied for late check-out before 18:00 hrs.
• A Full-day charge will be levied for late check-out after 18:00 hrs.

• The payment is made through Siam Commercial's e-payment
• Visa, Master Card and JCB cards are accepted
• Centre Point Hospitality takes maximum precaution to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information (if any) are secured at all times. Our payment is processed on Siam Commercial Bank's secure server that encrypts your credit card information so that it is protected against unauthorized use. Centre Point does not obtain your credit card information; it goes directly to Siam Commercial Bank's secured server

• Water supply
• Daily cleaning service and towel set
• Linen change service 3 times per week

• Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
• A Half-day charge will be levied for early check-in after 07:00 hrs.
• A Full-day charge will be levied for early check-in before 07:00 hrs.
• Standard Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• A Half-day charge will be levied for late check-out before 18:00 hrs.
• A Full-day charge will be levied for late check-out after 18:00 hrs.

• One month refundable security deposit of rental rate for 1-3 months lease upon making reservation.
• Two months refundable security deposit of rental rate for 4 months lease or more upon making reservation.
• First month advance rental to be paid on check-in date

• Any cancellation or changes notified less than 30 days prior to check-in date, the penalty amount THB 20,000- will be charged.
• One month rental shall be charged in the following circumstances:
• No show
• Cancellation on or after check-in date
• Early check out
• After the cancellation notice is duly received, your cancellation shall be confirmed and the balance of payment, after deducted the penalty charge
  (if any), shall be informed and subsequently reimbursed to your given credit card account within 3-4 weeks.
