Conditions of Registration.

• To be a member of Centre Point Rewards program, all you need to do is register online via www.centrepoint.com.

Privileges.

• Welcome fruit baskets.
• 2.00 p.m. late check-out: Please call the Guest Service Counter in advance to request for a late check-out, *subject to availability.

Online Account Statement.

• A personal online account statement will be given to each member in order to manage account activity. You can check your accumulated points, transaction history and update your personal details via www.centrepoint.com.

Your Username and Password are required to access your account.

General Terms & Conditions

• Every THB 2,000 spent on accommodation through online reservation via www.centrepoint.com earns one point. Points will be earned through accommodation costs only. Other penalty charges are excluded from the accumulation of Centre Point Rewards Points.
• Points earned from Centre Point Rewards will never expire. However, if your online account is left inactive for three years, the account will be removed from the ‘mailing list of active members’. You can keep your account active simply by participating in any point-earning activity held by Centre Point.
• Centre Point reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Centre Point Rewards points required for gift redemption and/or to terminate Centre Point Rewards program at anytime upon notice in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by Centre Point.
• Points from Centre Point Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable to other Centre Point Rewards members.
• One Centre Point Rewards account is eligible to only one individual. Membership cannot be shared or combined between more than one person. Corporations, associations or groups cannot enroll in Centre Point Rewards program. Employees of Quality Houses Public Company Limited and affiliated companies are not eligible to register and earn points from Centre Point Rewards.

• All reward items and offers featured in Centre Point Rewards catalogue are valid until further notice, unless otherwise specified, or while stocks last.
• Unless otherwise stated, all benefits available to members through Centre Point Rewards program are subject to availability.

Point Accumulation

• Every THB 2,000 spent on your accommodation through online reservation via www.centrepoint.com earns one point. Centre Point Rewards points will be automatically calculated and shown on each member’s online account statement. Please always allow 5 working days for processing.
• Centre Point Rewards points are earned from the net amount after discount.

Redemption of Centre Point Rewards

• You can redeem your reward after the points earned reach your account. Redemption of Centre Point Rewards can be made only via www.centrepoint.com. You can login to your account and decide on your redemption option.
• The value of the rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or any other discounts.
