Terms and Condition
TEST and Go Rate is inclusive of:- 1 night accommodation.
- 1 Time COVID - 19 PCR Test per person.
- 1 Breakfast set per person.
- 1 set of Antigen Test per person on check out date.
- One way PRIVATE transfer from Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airport to hotel.
- Welcome mini bar in room.
- 4 water bottles per day.
- 10% discount for food (room service).
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Private balcony.
- Separate shower room ,bathtub and automatic washlet.
- Smoking or non smoking floor can be requested (Kindly note we allow smoking at the balcony only).
- Passport, Vaccine Certificate and Flight itinerary is required for making reservation.
- Full prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. The payment can be settled through Payment Link or Transfer money (Allow Thai Bank Transfer only).
- Any amendment or cancellation is required to inform hotel by email at least 3 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the total room charge will be non-refundable.
- Failure to arrival the hotel without prior notice (no-show booking), the total room charge will be non-refundable.
- The cancellation due to the external factors such as flight cancellation, Thailand Pass denied or positive of COVID-19 result, all evidence documents are required to send to hotel at least 1- 2 days prior to arrival date in order to get the full refund.
- The Amendment is required to send to hotel at least 1- 2 days days prior to arrival date. Kindly note the room is subjected to availability.
- All information is subjected to change without prior notice.
- Halal food and Kito food is not available at the hotel.
- In case of sharing room, if one has got the positive covid, the others who share the room have to quarantine 10 day further . All expense is responsible by guest account.
- Always Rewards Program is not applicable for these packages.
