Reservation process

  • The hotel will inform EOC

  • Upon check in, please present passport or ID card
  • Guest must have PCR COVID-19 test from the hospital on arrival date. (If have no test certificate within 72 hrs. prior to arrival date, guest will pay an additional cost)

Amendment/Cancellation
  • The hotel is unable to postpone the booking period except under ASQ quarantine purposes. The booking is non refundable and cancellation is not permitted unless the Embassy prevents the guest from traveling. In such case written notice from the Embassy with supporting documents must be presented at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Full room charge shall be levied by the hotel should the guest fail to arrive at the hotel without prior notification (i.e. no-show booking).
  • For booking cancellation due to external factors such as flight cancellation, COE denial or positive COVID-19 test result, evidence and supporting documents must be presented to the hotel prior to the arrival date in order to claim a refund.

If the guest arrives without a valid COVID-19 medical certificate, they will be required to undergo a COVID test upon check in at the hotel. Such test shall be charged additionally at THB 3,500 per person.
