Membership Enrollment

Everyone can apply to our program whether they are a frequent business traveler, or a leisure guest. To join the Centre Point Always Rewards Program, only your email address is required. After joining the program, the Member will receive online updates on points statements, program promotions, hotel information and services. Moreover, the Member must not let any other party know his/her account password, the Member is responsible for his/her entire account. Centre Point Always Rewards applies to our 7 locations: Pratunam, Sukhumvit10, Silom, Chidlom, Thong Lo, Pattaya, and Korat.

Membership Level

There are 3 guest membership levels within the Centre Point Always Rewards Program:

  • Blue Point Member Level: Open to anyone who would like to be part of the Centre Point Family.
  • Silver Point Member Level: When the accumulated spending on accommodation is less than THB 50,000 / year (THB 1 to THB 50,000).
  • Gold Point Member Level: When the accumulated spending on accommodation is more than THB 50,000 / year (THB 50,001 and above).

Member Cards

After completing online enrollment via the Centre Point Always Rewards website, Members can log in to update points statements, program promotions, hotel information and services. However, E-Member Card is provided online. The Member will then fully enjoy benefits and privileges from all program offers. By showing the E-Member Card on a mobile device, it is accepted at all 7 Centre locations: Pratunam, Sukhumvit10, Silom, Chidlom, Thong Lo, Pattaya, and Korat.

Maintain Membership Level

In order to maintain the membership level, guests must meet the stay criteria each calendar year (an annual accounting period ends on every January 1, at 00:00 hrs). If a Member does not maintain the stay criteria for the membership level, the Member will be downgraded by one level.

  • From Gold Member Level to Silver Member Level: Gold members with total annual spending of THB 50,000 or less within a calendar year will be downgraded to Silver Member Level.
  • From Silver Member Level to Blue Member Level: Silver members with no spending or stays within a calendar year will be downgraded to Blue Member Level.

Earning Point

Members who log in to the Centre Point Always Rewards website, book through the Centre Point official website and pay for accommodation will be able to earn Rewards Points. The points cannot be transferred to another Member after Rewards Points have been issued. Note that if the Member books rooms, points will be earned accordingly, but the number of eligible nights is based only on the Member's room.

A Member may earn points upon completed payment for accommodation, and the Member must stay in one of the rooms. There is no maximum number of nights per booking. Points are calculated on total accommodation expense, excluding tax and service charge. This invoice must be paid and cleared. However, if a Member stops payment, checking issues with payment process he/she will not receive any points. The earned points are calculated from accommodation payment only (exclusive of taxes and service charge).

Booking through any third party websites, especially OTA sites, Travel Agent and Corporate Rate are unable to receive points for their room.

  • Silver Member Level: Earning 3 rewards points, valued 3% of a booked room rate only (without tax and service charge) to redeem as the discount or free for favorable items or services.
  • Gold Member Level: Earning 4 rewards points, valued 4% of a booked room rate only (without tax and service charge) to redeem as the discount or free for favorable items or services.

    It allows Centre Point to credit and update Rewards points into Member account approximately 15 days after the check-out date and payment status "Completed".

Remarks

  • Earned points are valid only after the accommodation payment is received.
  • Rewards are available exclusively for registered Centre Point Always Rewards Members only.
  • If your guests early check out/terminate, points will be calculate based on the actual accommodation payment.
  • The third parties are not eligible under any circumstances.
  • Points and rewards are not refundable.
  • Expired points are neither refundable nor carried forward.

Points Expiry Policy

The points expiry policy is a calendar year–based expiration framework, as follows:

  • Silver Member Level: Points earned shall be valid until 00:00 hours on January 1 of the second calendar year following the year in which such points were earned (i.e., earning year plus one (1) year).
  • Gold Member Level: Points earned shall be valid until 00:00 hours on January 1 of the third calendar year following the year in which such points were earned (i.e., earning year plus two (2) years).

Remarks

  • Blue Member Level: The members shall not be eligible to earn or accumulate points under the program.
  • Points validity shall be determined at the time of earning and shall not be extended under any circumstances, including but not limited to any subsequent upgrade in membership tier.

Ineligible Room Rates

The program allows Members to earn points most room rates, with the only exceptions being the ineligible rates listed as Tour Operator rates (TA), OTA, Wholesaler rates, Stays longer, Monthly Rate and Free Night Awards.

Member Account Issues

In case, Member found that ss were not credited as expected, Member can contact direct to the Centre s Corporate Marketing Department via rewards@centrepoint.com. For points to be credited, the invoice matching to the claim must be in the name of recording points on the Member's account. Process of points claim will spend 90 days following on check out date.

Room Upgraded

Room Upgrades are subject to availability by each hotel and location.

Redemption

Rewards points must be reaching redemption items Member can enjoy privilege or redeem. Points can be redeemed via Centre Point website eg: Room Discounts, Free Nights, Breakfast, Extra Bed, Airport Transfer, Discount or Free Services and etc. Some items can be redeemed at Centre Point properties.

The points value may be varied for your redeemed items or services. ss redeemed for any product or service which all included taxes and service charges and Centre Point reserves the right to change without prior notice.

Data Privacy

Personal information regarding the Member is collected by Centre Point Corporate Marketing Team.

Acceptance of These Conditions, Disputes and Governing Law

Any disagreement or dispute arising in connection with this document and which cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the courts of THAILAND.

Other Information

Centre Point reserves the right to substitute selected rewards / benefits and privileges for an equal value in products or services, in the event such products or services are unavailable.

These Terms and Conditions are announced on 1 June 2026 and shall become effective on 1 July 2026.

Centre Point reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, time periods, and privileges at any time without prior notice.

In the event a dispute arises out of this promotion, the determination of Centre Point shall be final.

A: If you enrolled online via Centre Point Always Rewards website after activate your mail, member number will be created by the system automatically. E-member card will be available when member log in through Centre Point Always Rewards website, in case if member number does not display on your E-member, members still be able to enjoy privileges and benefits also member status remains effectively. However, BE NOTED, always show your membership card to each hotel you stay than you can enjoy privileges and benefits that we have provided you.

Q: Can I add another person to my account?

A: No. Each membership account must enroll individually. One person can have only one member.

Q: How do I receive a promotion in Centre Point Always Rewards program?

A: Throughout the year, there are many exciting promotions that we offer. Our current promotions will be sent to all members by EDM or E-letter or visiting our promotions page.

Q: How do I earn Centre Point Always Rewards points?

A: Centre Point Always Rewards members earn 3 or 4 points for every 100 bath spent,on their room rate excluding taxes and service charge. The Payment must be completed then member can receive rewards points.

Q: Can I earn Centre Point Always Rewards points for reservations booked online?

Q: If I book more than one room at a Centre Point for the same night, will I earn points rewards for each room?

A: Yes, you have to log in to your rewards member and book you your room via Centre Point Website, you can receive rewards point, all points will refer from completed payment.

Q: How long does it take for rewards points to show on my account?

A: Rewards Points will be updated on Centre Point Always Rewards website within 15 days after the check-out date and payment status "Completed“. If your Rewards Points have not appeared in your Member account after that time please contact us.

Q: What do I do if I am missing points from a previous stay?

A: You can send mail to property that you stayed , kindly show your Centre Point Always Rewards number or Name of Member or Member’s email, please be allowed approximately 90 days on the process to claim missing Points.

Q: Can I purchase Centre Point Always Rewards?

A: Now it is not available.

Q: What can I use my Centre Point Always Rewards for?

A: Centre Point Always Rewards has many privileges and variety of benefits, you can show your card and get discount from our Restaurant, Lounge and so on.

Q: Are there restrictions on where I can redeem my points for hotel stays?

A: You can redeem your points for 7 Centre Point Properties (Pratunam, Sukhumvit10, Silom, Chidlom, Thong Lo, Pattaya, and Korat).

Q: Are there blackout dates for using Free Nights or Discount or etc.?

A: There is no blackout dates for redeeming. However, Free Room Nights can be used up to room available.

Q: Can I transfer points to another Centre Point Always Rewards account?

A: No. Points cannot be transferred between any accounts or sharing.This rewards points are not transferable and may be used only by the person whose name is shown on its face.
