TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card)
From the 1st May 2025, all international visitors must complete a TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) prior to entering the kingdom by land, sea, or air. The TDAC must be completed online within three days of arriving in the country and should be on every traveler's to-do list along with any other formalities, such as visas and travel insurance. The application is simple and straightforward, so there's no need to worry.
The process is as follows:
- Visit https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home and log into the portal.
- Complete all the required fields regarding personal details, including full name, nationality, email and phone number, and passport details. You will also need to include details of your trip, including date of arrival, flight number (if applicable), purpose of travel (e.g. Tourism, business, family visit), and your contact address (usually your accommodation) in Thailand.
- Submission – When you submit your information, you will receive an acknowledgment email from Thailand Immigration sent to the email address you provided in the application.
- At the Immigration counter on arrival – On arrival in Thailand, present your acknowledgment email along with your other travel documents to the immigration officer, and that's it! You are now free to enjoy your time in the Land of Smiles!
If you have any questions regarding the TDAC, please refer to the guidance detailed on the website.
